Gift Card Terms

The following terms apply to all Prevelo Bikes gift cards:

1. NO EXPIRATION. Prevelo Bikes Gift Cards do not expire.
2. NONREFUNDABLE. Prevelo Bikes Gift Cards cannot be returned or refunded for cash, except where required by law.
3. REDEMPTION. Prevelo Bikes Gift Cards can only be redeemed with Prevelo Bikes at prevelobikes.com, by calling 805-557-8300 or in person at Prevelo Bikes HQ in Westlake Village, CA.
4. ONLINE CODE. Prevelo Bikes Gift Cards are issued via e-mail using an online code. No physical card will be issued. The code should be treated like cash: if someone else obtains the code and uses it Prevelo Bikes is not responsible.
