Pre-Order Dates

We do not open pre-orders for a shipment until we have a good amount of confidence in the ship date.  That being said, the estimated delivery dates listed on our website are based on the best information that we have at the moment.  While we cannot control every variable, we pledge to be honest and transparent about lead times.

- The ship dates that are on the website represent our honest estimate of the date that the bikes will ship on.

- Where information is imprecise (for example, referencing a month or quarter), it is because there are unpredictable factors that make it so we cannot credibly be more precise.

- We will work tirelessly to keep the bikes on schedule. It's part of our company culture to be very involved in our supply chain and to be proactive about addressing issues that could turn into delays.

- If something happens that changes the ship date we will communicate quickly and clearly about the delay.

- You can cancel your pre-order any time before your bike ships.


Pre-date changes

Your pre-order date will be included in your order confirmation. If we learn something that changes that date, we will contact you. You might see the pre-order date change on the website. There are a variety of things that could cause a change in the pre-order date including shipping delays, back logs, or moving through different batches. Just because the date on the website changes, does not mean that the date of a pre-order already placed has changed.  Again, if you place a pre-order and the estimated delivery date changes, we will inform you.


Pre-order payment policy

Your credit card will be charged immediately when you place your pre-order.  Your pre-order is cancelable and fully refundable. If you need to cancel a pre-order contact us and we'll take care of it!

Hill Conquering Gear Range

The Microshift Acolyte Super Short Derailleur allows the Alpha Series bikes to use an 11-38t cassette. This gives 90% more gear range than other comparable bikes. The clutched cage helps keep the chain from dropping over even the roughest terrain.

Tubeless Capable Double Wall Rims

Protected Flat Mount Rear Caliper

Confidence Inspiring Geometry

Low standover allowing young riders to get on a bigger wheel earlier. Bigger wheels roll faster, offer more traction, and roll over obstacles with less effort. Upright seating position with just enough weight over the front of the bike to maintain control and balance. A low center of gravity that's designed to keep the riders weight "in" the bike, rather than on top. Short chainstays keep the bike agile, while a slack front end keeps things stable at all speeds.
