When you buy from Prevelo you can be confident that you are getting the best price.

Before you Buy

If you see a Prevelo bike advertised for less than offered on prevelo.com, show it to us and we will match the price.

After you Buy

If you buy a Prevelo bike from prevelo.com and within 30 days you see the same Prevelo bike advertised at a price lower than you paid, show it to us and we will refund the difference between the price paid and lower advertised price.


How to Submit a Price Protection Request

Scroll down to the bottom of this page and fill out the Price Protection Request Form.

 

Terms:

  • The price must be published to the public.
  • Product must be currently purchasable at the published price.
  • You must be able to show it to us. A screen shot of a website, digital ad, or email are all acceptable.
  • The price must be live at the time that we received the request. We will not price match expired offers.
  • Applies only to current Prevelo bikes models
  • Does not apply to outlet bikes. We do not price match outlet bike prices, and we do not offer price protection on previous outlet bike purchases.
  • The seller publishing the price must be a United States based authorized Prevelo retailer and have the bike in stock in the United States.
  • We reserve the right to limit requests to reasonable quantities and to verify advertised prices.
  • Price matching cannot be combined with other discounts.
  • If requesting post purchase price protection, if you received any promotional benefits on your order, including a discounted price, free shipping, or free accessories, and refund due will be reduced by the amount of those benefits.
  • Price match requests must be received by Prevelo no later than 30 days after the order is placed. Submissions will not be accepted after 30 days, even if the price being matched was published within the 30 day period.

Exclusions:

  • Prices not denominated in US dollars
  • Discounts available to select groups of customers such as military or loyalty members
  • Sales tax, shipping, or assembly charges
  • Old models, used bikes, trade-in bikes, and/or showroom/demo models
  • Advertising pricing errors
  • Accessories
