Pro Purchase Guidelines
- Bike availability is limited and subject to change at Prevelo's discretion. The availability of specific colors and models in the Prevelo Pro Program is a mysterious beast. We don't even fully understand how it works. If you don't see Pro pricing for a specific bike, you are totally welcome to contact us asking about availability, but don't be surprised if the response is 🤷.
- Act like a Pro: We work really hard to make sure every customer is really well taken care of. If there is a defect in a bike, we will always cover it. But we also help lots of customers out with ordinary bike tuning tasks like trueing wheels, adjusting brakes, and straightening derailleur hangers. However, we expect industry Pros to be more self-sufficient than average customers at managing common bike tuning tasks.
- Other Discounts: Pro Program discounts are not combinable with other discounts.
- Timing: We prep and tune every bike before shipment. If we are backlogged, we may postpone fulfillment of Pro Program orders. If you are OK prepping and tuning your own bike, email us after you place your order and we can skip prep and tune and ship it right away.
- Buy no more than one bike per child year: We ask that you keep each bike you purchase for at least 12 months.
- Buy only for your own children: Please only buy bikes for children that are you are the parent or legal guardian of.
- Trade-Up Club: Pro purchases are not eligible for the Trade-Up Club.
- All sales are final: We will not accept returns from Pro purchase orders.
- Be a friend: If we are ever at an industry event together (like Sea Otter Classic) say "hi"!
- Be Discrete: Don't boast. Your pricing and discounts are confidential.
- Membership is a Privilege: Prevelo reserves the right to cancel Pro purchases and/or terminate benefits at any time.
