Prevelo now uses Shopify’s new customer accounts, which are password-free and secure. You can log in quickly using a one-time verification code sent to your email.

Logging in lets you view past orders, track shipments, and update your address or payment info.

Visit prevelo.com/account.
Or, click the person icon or Account link at the top right corner of any page.

Type the email address you used for your order or when you signed up.

Then click Continue.

Within a few seconds, you’ll receive an email from Prevelo Bikes with a 6-digit login code.
If you don’t see it:

• Check your Spam or Promotions folder

• Make sure you entered the correct email address

• Wait a moment — sometimes it takes up to a minute

Once the code arrives, enter it on the login screen.

After entering the code, you’ll be logged in automatically.
You can now:

• View your order history

• Track current orders

If you’re having trouble logging in:

• Try using a different browser or device

• Clear your browser cache and cookies

• Make sure your email app isn’t blocking Shopify emails

• If you still can’t log in, contact us and we’ll help verify your account
